For many people, July marks the real beginning of summer. The kids are out of school, the days are long, and the weather is hot. For us, July not only marks the beginning of summer, but it also marks the starting point in our tradeshow and event calendar, or as we like to call it “when things get a little crazy.” The months of July, August, and September will see us crisscrossing the country to attend everything from rodeos to tractor pulls and all types of shows.

Why the WYO Rodeo is a Must-Attend Event

In 1931, the small town of Sheridan, Wyoming, was so quiet that according to local historians you could “shoot a shotgun down Main Street and have no fear of injuring anyone.” With the hopes of livening up the town, a group of citizens organized a rodeo to compete with the well-established professional rodeos, occurring in bigger, more bustling locations. It’s hard to believe that this July 11-17, the Sheridan WYO Rodeo will kick off for the 86th time - and Alliance Tire Group will be there to join the fun!

Introducing Three New Galaxy Solid Tires 

Alliance Tire Group (ATG) unveiled three new solid Galaxy tires—the LHD 500 SDS L-5, the Super Smooth SDS L-5 and the YardMaster SDS—today at WasteExpo 2016 in Las Vegas. The new solid tires complement the company’s highly successful Beefy Baby SDS, ATG’s first solid tire, which was launched last year.

Alliance & Primex Forestry Tires in Virginia 

The East Coast Sawmill and Logging Equipment Expo in Richmond, Virginia, celebrates its 35th year of operation this year! Taking place on May 13th and 14th, this is one of the largest and best-attended events in the forest products industry. Also known as Expo Richmond, this event gives attendees the chance to watch demonstrations, see the equipment, meet suppliers and learn about service providers in the numerous forestry-related professions such as sawmilling, kiln drying, harvesting, biomass, trucking, pallet manufacturing and recycling, material handling and firewood production.
