As we head toward the conclusion of July, we also end another busy month on our social media channels. Once again, we’ve had a great response to the numerous stories, articles, and tips we have shared through our Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn feeds. While we appreciate everyone taking the time to click, “like", comment, and share our posts over the past month, we also understand that it can be hard to keep up. July can be a discombobulated month, and many of you have been on vacation, at the beach, or just too busy in the field, forest, or on-site to keep up with what's happening on social media. Rep Wayne Mead Retires After 48 Years in Tire Business

If you’ve had the opportunity to meet Wayne Mead over the course of his 48-year career in the tire business, you'll understand why the news of his retirement has been the biggest story of the month. We will always remember Wayne for his incredible work ethic—a reputation he built from sleeping in his truck to save money, always being willing to lend a hand when needed, and never failing to go the extra mile for a customer. While we’ll miss seeing Wayne day-to-day, he’ll always be part of the our family. After all, to quote Wayne; “Once carbon black gets in your blood, you can’t get it out.”
