Starting in 1978 on 1,000 acres of former U.S. Army Ordnance land in Grand Island, Nebraska, it’s now recognized as the “World’s Largest Totally Irrigated Working Farm Show™,” with the most extensive state-of-the-art information and technology available for today’s agricultural producers.
Farmers and ranchers from 28 states and several countries attend the show each year to see nearly 600 exhibitors. But there’s more to Husker Harvest Days than just serious crop technology—visitors can also get a taste of things like herding dog demonstrations, antique farm machinery and wild horse gentling (note: this might come in handy if you’re raising teenagers).
We thought there was something pretty noteworthy at Booth 844, too—Alliance agricultural tires.
