The East Coast Sawmill and Logging Equipment Expo in Richmond, Virginia, celebrates its 35th year of operation this year! Taking place on May 13th and 14th, this is one of the largest and best-attended events in the forest products industry. Also known as Expo Richmond, this event gives attendees the chance to watch demonstrations, see the equipment, meet suppliers and learn about service providers in the numerous forestry-related professions such as sawmilling, kiln drying, harvesting, biomass, trucking, pallet manufacturing and recycling, material handling and firewood production.
With more than 12 acres of outdoor exhibits and hundreds of indoor booths this event has a reputation as "the place to be" for professionals looking to get hands-on experience with the newest and most advanced technology and equipment in the industry. The Expo is perfect for networking, checking out the latest equipment and learning how to make your business more profitable and competitive.
We're excited to be a part of Expo Richmond and we will be there featuring our Alliance, Galaxy, and Primex tires. Swing by Lots L 10, 11, 14 and 15 to learn how our tires can help increase the efficiency and productivity of your equipment while providing one of the lowest total costs of ownership, or TCO, in the industry.
Expo Richmond also offers educational opportunities. This year, the Expo—in conjunction with the Virginia Tech Dept. of Sustainable BioMaterials Cooperative Extension and Virginia Forest Products Association—will be offering a session on Taking Advantage of Current Trends, Market Opportunities and Improvements in forestry. Designed for all professionals in the forestry business, this seminar will cover a broad spectrum of topics to improve business in today’s competitive and challenging forestry market.
With so much stuff to do, we hope that you make time to visit our booths at Lots L 10, 11, 14 and 15 to learn how our tires can improve your operation or share how our tires have worked for your business. Our purpose-built tires help loggers overcome the real-world challenges facing them in the woods.
