At [Alliance Tire Group](http://www.atgtire.com/Default.aspx), we introduced the new Galaxy EarthPRO 45 R-1 farm tire this week, highlighting its versatile curved-tread design. We launched this Galaxy-branded bias-ply tire in 22 sizes to make it simpler for customers to choose the best tire for their needs. It is a great addition to our existing line of farm tires ranging from high-tech, high-speed radials to cost-efficient, bias-ply chores tractor tires under the Alliance and Galaxy brand names.
“The Galaxy EarthPRO 45 is a great-quality bias tire for farmers in a high-quality, cost-effective package,” says Bruce Besancon, Vice President of Marketing for Alliance Tire Americas (ATA). “The 45-degree angle of the tread lugs maximize traction and self-cleaning in the field, and because they are longer than 23-degree lugs, put more rubber on the ground for a more comfortable ride. A wide nose bar also helps ensure smoother performance and longer service life on gravel and pavement.”
