[Alliance Tire Americas](http://atablogs.atgtire.com/) has hired logistics expert John Mancinelli as Vice President of Operations.
Mancinelli brings more than 15 years of experience leading complex operations, logistics, demand planning and customer support organizations for global leaders in consumer/food products and apparel manufacturing and sales, including The Gillette Company (later P&G), The Timberland Company and Welch Foods.
Jim Clark, ATA president, says Mancinelli’s experience in operations management, strategic planning, and supply chain management and design will be critical as the company continually improves service to customers through maximized on-time in-full delivery.
“We’re glad that John has agreed to join us at this critical time in our company’s history,” said Clark. “As our organization grows and becomes more complex, we are constantly working to improve our standards of customer satisfaction. John has brought customer service and on-time delivery to remarkable levels in his previous jobs, and he is exactly the kind of expert we need on our team here at Alliance.”

John will be working out of the Wakefield, Massachusetts, office, reporting directly to Clark.
