As of Jan 1, 2021, Alliance Tire Group and Alliance Tire Americas, Inc. changed their names to Yokohama Off-Highway Tires and Yokohama Off-Highway Tires America, Inc respectively. The Alliance, Galaxy and Primex brands and product names remain unchanged. Product information is available at www.yokohama-oht.com.

Alliance Tire Americas, Inc. (ATA) is proud to announce that it's strengthening its Canadian sales team with the addition of three regional managers to the company’s North American staff.

Daniel Menard, Regional Sales Director for Eastern Canada, brings more than 30 years of experience in sales and business development in equipment for transportation, material handling and construction to the post. Menard will represent Alliance to distributors, dealers and original equipment manufacturers in Quebec and the Maritimes.

Barrie Taylor has also spent more than three decades in the tire business, experience that will serve him well as Regional Sales Manager for Western Canada. His deep knowledge of the distribution side of the business—honed as general manager two Canadian tire distributors—as well as his experience as regional sales manager for a leading OTR and farm tire company bring rich perspective to the Alliance team.

Mark Vrab, Regional Sales Manager for Central Canada, has gathered outstanding insight into OTR tires during 20 years of sales for top tire manufacturers, along with the deep knowledge of the wheel and power train businesses he gained in sales roles in those sectors. Vrab’s experience throughout the distribution chain—all the way from the OEM and distributor to the end user—fits Alliance Tire’s deep focus on its broad customer base.

Increasing our sales presence in Canada is part of our strategy for achieving continued growth, which also includes the expansion of our warehouse infrastructure and increasing staffing in engineering and customer service.

“We are excited to have Daniel, Barrie and Mark on the Alliance Tire Americas team and delighted to be continuing our rapid and steady growth across the continent,” Clark adds.
